Here at Hood Restaurant we cook all of our Steaks over Charcoal. Sealing in the Juices and flavour of the meat ensuring maximum taste with every mouthful!
Serving the finest cuts of meat
We only serve the finest quality meat. We work with a local Staffordshire Butcher with steaks dry aged for a minimum of 35 days.
Situated just off the main Stafford high street, In the beautiful setting of St Mary's Mews - Hood Restaurant will be the hub of the town centre that we love so much!
Steak perfection takes time
Good Steak takes time! Most restaurants serve 28 day dry aged steaks - we are different! at Hood Restaurant we only serve steaks that are dry aged 35 days MINIMUM
Cooked to perfection over charcoal
by our talented team of chefs, using custom made charcoal ovens.
